Benito’s Treasure Hunt, (Benito’s Búsqueda de Tesoros) was a childhood pass-time for Author P. Marquez-Garcia and though the area has changed from the 1970’s for the better, he still would like everyone to enjoy this little treasure in the Caribbean Sea. P. Marquez-Garcia is a Puerto Rican - American success story from a Military Family whose family his Great GrandFather was a Merchant Marine in WWII, His Father was a Sergeant in the 65th Infantry Regiment from Puerto Rico, serving in Korea/Vietnam and I served in the Aviation Brigade ending his tenure in NATO. Awaiting for work after serving this Nation, P. Marquez-Garcia helped in the Church, helped translate Resume’ into Spanish and by doing so he decided to write and become an Author. In childhood dreams to find treasure left from the Spanish Buccaneers, would entertain P. Marquez- Garcia. But, when seeking treasures yet not finding treasure was his way of entertaining his own children about nature, swimming, snorkeling, conservation, and he found in his dreams the twist of finding treasure can be adventurous, joyful, tasteful and full of imagination.
