And through it all, the worst brings out the best they have. The best any of us ever have. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Born in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, Ed Delfin moved to America as a teenager. He has been a law enforcement professional for almost twenty years. Ed has extensive experience in narcotics interdiction, gang investigations, and cold-case homicides. Currently, he is an Inspector with the Santa Cruz County District Attorney's Office. Ed has a degree in business, a master's degree in legal studies from Monterey College of Law, and a graduate of the FBI National Academy. A licensed minister with the Assemblies of God, Ed married his college sweetheart. They live in the heart of California's Central Coast with their two children.
