An epic clash of deities explores the two facets of pain—rage versus sadness—in this rousing followup to The Third Daughter, a dark crown fantasy duology with a sweeping sapphic romance. The centuries-old prophecy has been fulfilled at last: the New Maiden has returned to Velle. Unfortunately, so has a malicious demi-god, whose elusive prophet is intent on converting the New Maiden’s followers. The Second Son is a vengeful, angry deity, whose psalm resonates with the disenfranchised. With Elodie on the throne and Sabine in her own unique position of power, it should be easy enough to track down the culprit. Yet even as they're falling in love, both girls are keeping dangerous secrets from each other. While the cult of the Second Son threatens to overthrow not only the Church of the New Maiden but also Velle’s monarchy, Elodie and Sabine must navigate impossible odds to dismantle the root of his power, all while their lives hang in the balance. He was born the second son and then violated vows he believed he would forever keep sacred. This is an extraordinary story of psychological deception, sex, passion, and relationships. The book is about family members who jockey for attention, using each other as pawns to satisfy their own desires. At the heart of it all is how easily the second boy in a family can suffer later on in his life from his birth order. While set in present time, the account could easily be from another period.

This first murder or should I say, “shedding of blood”, set off a series of earthly and spiritual events. Some if not most of these events have been studied, dissected, taught and preached upon for many years. However, many things are still waiting to be discovered in the scriptures. I have found such a thing. An undeniable, scriptural backed fact. This fact relates to the first murder. This fact and the theory I have written about behind it have never been preached, taught, or dissected. Much more came out of the first murder than Cain being punished for the act of shedding his brothers’ blood on the ground. If one is to break down the scriptures as I have done in this book you will learn many things. You will learn how to recognize Bible code. You will learn how to decipher the codes of the Bible. How to use the Prophetic Numbers in the deciphering of the code. An understanding of the stories/teachings Jesus taught the Apostles will have a greater meaning to you. The entire Bible will make more since to the beginning Christian as well as the more learned Christian.

"Second Son cannot be classified SIMPLY as a novel or a work of fiction. It is a prophetic inspiration ( whispered = DELETE) OF the Holy Spirit. Through it, in such a time as this, the Lord speaks, teaches, and reveals Himself to the searcher. For the Jew who has been taught not even to dare explore the possibility that Christ is his Messiah, it provides absolute proof. To the Catholic who has put his trust in "the church," it is an invitation to rethink the Bible's true teachings. To the purpose-driven Protestant, it establishes Jesus in His earthly deity and the cross as the restorer. To those who have heard but never sought the promise of eternal life, it is a revelation of scripture's main message-that Christ is the only way to God."-Bruce R. DeBaun, ThD What would you do if your brother began calling himself the Son of God? How would you balance family loyalty with your inability to accept his startling new ideas? James' concern for his brother increases as Pharisee opposition grows and the threat to (his brother= DELETE) Yeshua's safety becomes more critical. He sees the danger but cannot avert disaster. Overwhelmed by guilt and a sense of loss after his brother's death, James is without hope until a stranger arrives to change his life. In Second Son, author Edith DonDero explores James' unique perspective on Christ's private and public life.

Prince Alfred, who was created Duke of Edinburgh in 1866 and became Duke of Saxe-Coburg Gotha in 1893, was the second son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. A patron of the arts, pioneer philatelist and amateur violinist, he joined the Royal Navy as a boy and rose to become Admiral of the Fleet. At the age of 18 he was elected King of Greece by overwhelming popular vote in a plebiscite, although political agreements between the Great Powers of Europe prevented him from accepting the vacant crown. The most widely travelled member of his family, he had visited all five continents by the age of 27, and while on a tour of Australia in 1868 he narrowly escaped assassination at the hands of a Fenian sympathiser. Married to Grand Duchess Marie of Russia, the only surviving daughter of Tsar Alexander II, at one stage he had to face the possibility that he might be required to fight on behalf of the British empire against that of his father-in-law. His last years were overshadowed by marital difficulties, alcoholism and ill-health, and the suicide of his only son and heir.
